We had high expectations for Derrik Carlson as he came highly recommended. However, we never expected to list our home and close in ten days! When we told Derrik we called him because we heard he was the best realtor around. He humbly remarked, “Well sometimes you get lucky.” Derrik is very professional and personal. Wow... what a smooth sale of our home. Just have to comment on this. We closed the transaction on the sale of our old house here in Utah. Signatures at 10:30 a.m. - property transfer, wire transfer complete and the proceeds/funds are in our bank - all before 3:30 p.m. We only needed to sign 12 documents, and a couple of those were to transfer ownership of water rights and shares. All this coordinated between two different title companies, buyer's bank, and realtors.And, Just a little teeny weeny bundle of papers for our records... it can be done easily with less regulation.Love living in Utah... My wife and I were looking for a home in Midway and found Derrik on Zillow. It took one call and he showed us the a property that same day. When we met with Derrik he went over the Midway real estate market, which he knew very well, and we made an offer the next day. My wife and I both feel we got a great deal on a home in Midway. Now that we have been living here for a few months we have to say we love it this little town of Midway and thank Derrik for all his help to get us into this home as soon as possible.

It started when I did a google search for Park City Utah properties, saw a house I liked and it was an ad listed by Derrik. He contacted me by email, I told him what I was looking for and that I'd be in Park City 6 months from then to look at properties. During that six months he sent me a number of houses that fit my criteria and when we arrived we met him, liked him immediately and started looking at houses.
