Derrik Carlson did an amazing job for us. His knowledge of the market in Summit and Wasatch Counties is unmatched. As our agent on the buy side, he skillfully educated us and deftly steered us away from the wrong choices and toward the right one. By taking Derrik’s advice, we ended up with a major score, securing a unique property in a prime neighborhood — for an amazing value — in the middle of a very hot market. You need a very sharp agent to pull off something like that. Derrik has a very calm demeanor and a rather subtle negotiating style — but it’s very effective, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. Highly, highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a home in Midway and found Derrik on Zillow. It took one call and he showed us the a property that same day. When we met with Derrik he went over the Midway real estate market, which he knew very well, and we made an offer the next day. My wife and I both feel we got a great deal on a home in Midway. Now that we have been living here for a few months we have to say we love it this little town of Midway and thank Derrik for all his help to get us into this home as soon as possible.
